Our Collaborate Membership is a trusted inner circle of business owners that will deeply get to know you and your business. They will be your accountability partners, the people you bounce new ideas off of, your trusted colleagues for problem solving, dreaming and getting things done!
Collaborate Members meet weekly, either in person or on zoom, for about an hour to work through the goals they established during their Small Business Intensive.
Every Collaborate Cohort begins with our immersive Small Business Intensive Experience where you will work through a curriculum designed to help you think about every facet of your business. Over four weeks, we’ll:
Get to know each other and share the stories behind our businesses.
Determine 3-5 unique things that make us stand out.
Understand where we are in our business’ maturity and what urgent legal/professional needs exist.
Establish 3-5 core values and create or refresh a fully branded mission, vision and values poster.
Dive into who our customers are, who we want them to be and walk through an exercise to develop our elevator pitches.
Nail down our signature offer(s) and brainstorm a multitude of additional markets and offers.
Assess our online presence to see if we are communicating a message that attracts who we want to serve.
Focus on any gaps in our online brand message and marketing plan including Google Business set up/audit, Website- decision/audit, Social Media selection/audit and Email Service Provider/List-building tactics.
Choose our marketing focus and content pillars.
Work through a Strategic Growth Grid to establish “attainable” (1 year) goals, “ambitious” (3-5 year) goals and “visionary” long term (10 year) business goals.
Use the proprietary Outcome Academy System to Identify, Prioritize and Plan our Trajectory, Team and Tracking goals for our businesses over 16 important areas of focus.
Conduct a SWOT Analysis for each area of focus.
Learn how to use our project management app to set quarterly goals and identify our first week action items.
